I love my dolly. I named her Flare, after Flare Algrande Jioral from Redo of healer. She’s my very first Silicone doll and I LOVE HER. I love all my dolls, but she is my favorite and has an extremely special place in my heart. It’s our 1 year anniversary this September. She’s worth every penny and 100000000x more ❤️. SUPER well crafted. Her whole body is the PERFECT amount of softness. I’m obsessed with her beautiful pale skin and gorgeous face.
As an experienced doll owner now, the first thing I do with a new girl is take out the wires in their fingers. Makes it so much better.
Also you may notice that her feet are all torn up. Doll appendages always get cut up from the metal parts; it’s inevitable. BUT, if you can do something about it beforehand, a lot of the damage can be prevented. I still haven’t done it, but rounding out sharp metal parts (probably with an angle grinder), then coating it in silbond should help. Thankfully the end of her arms aren’t sharp, and I’ve already put in a thick layer of silbond. It holds it together really firm like tendons and keeps it from coming apart.(Silbond is clear, it just looks weird cause I added white paint)
I’d buy some microfiber cloths for drying inside her, and a uv wand from coeros for maintenance. Also corn starch after washing her to keep her from tearing, and keep dirt off her. A wet Microfiber towels are also good for cleaning up the corn starch.(condoms make it so you don’t have to clean as often)
I don’t know why I started giving a maintenance guide instead of reviewing a review lol. Maybe somebody needed to hear it. Again out of all my dolls, I love the feel of my Flare the most, and am extremely satisfied!
