KUMA-DOLL is only for Japanese customers, KUMADOLL is for global customers. 

So for customers outside of Japan, you can only complete orders at KUMADOLL.

5. I can only find the product I want on KUMA-DOLL, but I can't find it on KUMADOLL, how can I place an order?




Sorry we are still uploading the products on the KUMADOLL website, we have more than 40 brands, it will take some time.
The good news is that almost all products you see on KUMA-DOLL can be purchased at KUMADOLL, except those that are geographically restricted, such as RZRdoll.

10.How long will it take to receive my doll after I place my order?

We will arrange the production in the manufacturers after we receive your order, different factories need different production time.
The usual time frame for most factories is usually 15-30 days, you can find the exact time frame on the relevant description page of the product.After the production is completed, we will send you a photo of the doll to be shipped and only after you confirm that it is OK, we will arrange the shipment for you. The shipping time to different countries also varies.For example, it usually takes 7-15 days to ship to the United States and 5-7 days to ship to Japan.This means that it usually takes 30-40 days to receive your doll after you place your order.




11.Why can't I find a doll under 140cm in your website?

12.What is the difference between silicone and TPE?

Silicone and TPE are both high quality sex materials.  Silicone is typically regarded as the more durable material and TPE as the most realistic.  Here are the main attributes of each material.

Silicone  

A bit harder than TPE but also more durable.

More expensive.

Easier to clean.

Safe for human contact.

TPE  

TPE is softer to the touch.

More realistic ‘jiggling’ of body parts (breasts, ass, etc).

The material is more elastic which allows the dolls to be more flexible at their joints.

Less durable than Silicone - more care is required to clean and care for it properly.


13.What does the stand or no stand option mean?

14.How should I store my doll when I’m not using it?

15.Will the doll skin stain? 

The doll’s skin although durable and resistant to rips, tears, and stain is not indestructible.  You should be careful to keep your doll away from dark fabrics and tight clothing.  If you like dark clothing you should be sure to wash it before putting it on your doll, and be sure to not store her with the clothing on. The best clothing for dolls is light colored, loose fitting fabrics.


16.Will I get the doll exactly as in the picture? Will I get the cloth?

17.Will anyone knows what is inside my package? What about my billing statement?

No one will know but you! We will not include a single branding labeled anywhere on the box and shipping label. All sex dolls will be shipped in a plain brown box, while the rest of our products will be shipped in our boxes to remain discreet.

Customer service is very important to us, If you receive your doll and it has any defects, as long as you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your doll and the doll has not been used in any way, we can arrange the doll been returned, However we do not cover the return shipping costs.

We will either repair or replace the doll depending on the level of defect.
