To provide a smoother and more efficient service, we will be optimizing our shipment procedures going forward.
After your doll has completed production, we will first confirm the factory photos and ensure that the final product meets the order requirements. Once approved, your doll will automatically be added to our pre-shipment queue.
At this stage, we will no longer estimate or confirm the delivery date in advance based on your availability. This will help avoid delays caused by repeated confirmations or communication issues during the waiting period.
After the doll has successfully completed customs clearance and is close to arriving at our warehouse, we will contact you again to confirm your available receiving time. Once everything is confirmed, we will arrange shipment from the warehouse.
We believe this improved process will help reduce unnecessary waiting time, improve communication efficiency, and minimize transportation delays caused by scheduling coordination.
