Firstly wanted to personally thank Chloe and Pannia from the customer support team. They did an absolutely amazing job at following up on logistics issues that had nothing to do with Kumadoll. THE BEST SERVICE IN THE BUSINESS is kumadoll hands down. I've used several vendors now and all of them have been okay but Kumadoll stands well above the rest. Professionalism, great response times, and very good after sales support.
Unboxing -
Thankfully the box did what it needed to do and protected the doll - very sturdy cardboard! And the great use of memory foam to make sure the doll didn't move much during transit! yay!
All the extra's were there in a tidy rope-tie bag, extra eyes and even some lube which is one of the first times I've had that. Also nice to have a fleece blanket for her, heads were well protected.
The doll -
She has lovely soft skin, I have to say the texture is soft and supple but with a good amount of skin resistance like Gamelady makes - she's not quite pillow soft like Firefly Diary but she's damn close - she feels WONDERFUL to touch - very lovely flesh feeling, supple and jiggly breasts and nice plumpness in her ass without being gel filled - Even the transition between hard hands and the rest of body is sloped a little and doesn't really seem that noticeable
Extra texture on the body looks amazing, some small details like veins are subtle but very realistic - nice amount of pores on the skin! Wow!! Glad I chose it as an option- also she feels a bit lighter due to the weight reduction - so kudos on that too - nice!
The extra puffy pussy mound looks very nice has a nice squish to it -
I picked up the Yuki head and the Amber head with custom makeup (thanks to a nice deal with a 2nd free head) - both non ROS. I am extremely pleased, TopCydoll looks really really premium.
So far they are lovely to behold, soft to touch, not too heavy due to weight reduction, have great skin, look delicious in all the right places, and came without blemishes or bruises from their journey..
Thank you once again Kumadoll for an amazing customer experience and appreciate all the extra efforts you do. I'm sure I'll be back later for another doll through yourselves.
