I've owned this doll for almost half a year now, so I feel like I can give a proper long-term review instead of just first impressions.
First thing I want to mention is that I slightly regret buying it when I did. Relatively recently J-Cute released a 153 cm B-cup model, and honestly that one fits my taste better. If it had existed when I bought mine, I probably would have chosen that instead.
The biggest issue is the skeleton joints. Some of them are very stiff, to the point where I sometimes need to use my bodyweight to move them. Posing can feel a bit frustrating.
Strangely, the opposite also happened over time. After about a year, the elbow joints became loose, and now they don’t hold the arms in position very well.
Another weak point is the fingers. The silicone there is very thin and delicate. Three of the fingers already developed a small tears even though I tried to handle it carefully.
Also a more subjective thing: the chest is very flat, which personally isn’t my favorite.
The body shape itself is really nice though. It looks realistic and the sculpt is well done. With some talcum powder the silicone feels good and dressing her is actually pretty easy.
Funny enough, over the half year I mostly ended up dressing her up rather than using her as a sex doll. Finding clothes in her size is cheap and experimenting with outfits turned out to be surprisingly fun.
So overall it’s been a mixed but mostly positive experience.
If I were buying again today I’d probably go for the newer 153 cm B-cup model, but I still had a decent experience owning this one.
I also want to mention that the ordering and delivery process went very smoothly. The seller handled the shipping and customs logistics very well, and the package arrived without any issues. Everything was discreetly packed and there were no problems with delivery on my end, which I really appreciated.

The joints are usually adjusted to be relatively tight when the doll leaves the factory. As you mentioned, the joints may gradually become looser with use, so this is a fairly common situation over time.
Regarding the fingers, your order did not include the hard finger option. If that option had been selected, the fingers would generally be more durable and less prone to damage. For future orders, we recommend choosing the hard finger option, as it can help protect the doll better.

10/10! Both the order and the customer service were fantastic! I was kept in the loop during the whole process, I was informed when my order was completed, and was sent factory photos of the doll prior to shipping so that I could verify all the options I had selected for my order were correct. Kumadoll addressed any issues or concerns I had, and helped me out a great deal throughout the entire process. I am extremely happy with both the customer service as well as the product I receieved. I got exactly what I ordered and did not have to worry about if the doll would look like she did on the product order page, Kumadoll does not play those games. I ordered a JCute 149cm TPE body with AGD01 Soft Silicone head. She has natural skin color, natural areola color and natural vagina color. She looks absolutely amazing, and I am incredibly happy with her. She feels great to the touch and is extremely pleasing to the eye. The AGD01 head is detailed and beautiful, and because the 149cm body is slightly larger it has extra detail compared to some smaller bodies so it's great to see those small things add up to create a work of art. I got the J-Cute 133cm TPE body, with AGD02 soft silicone head with eye color #3, painted eyebrows, and pasted eyelashes. Skin color is natural, and areola and vagina color is pink. The TPE body is the perfect softness and feels very good. The shape and contour of the body is incredibly amazing, and is very pleasing to the eye and hand. The AGD02 head is an absolute work of art, I wouldnt be able to come up with a negative thing to say even if I wanted to. I am extremely impressed with the doll, and J-Cute clearly knows what they are doing.
As far as customer service goes, Kumadoll has blown it out of the water for me. Every single email responded to, every question answered, and every concern addressed. They are serious about their business and it shows. Each step of the purchase process was made smooth and easy by members of the staff.
