Great experience, great doll! I got exactly what I expected with my order, and Kumadoll made sure that was the case. The customer service has been fantastic on every single order I've placed, and they made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process. They sent me factory images of my doll once the manufacturer completed my order, and I was able to verify that everything was correct before it was shipped to me. They also took care of everything with customs so I didn't even have to worry about that at all, which is a HUGE deal. I got a JCute 133cm TPE body with AGD07 head, and they look fantastic. The chest on the 133cm body is especially appealing, and the material is extremely pleasing to the touch. 10/10! Both the order and the customer service were fantastic! I was kept in the loop during the whole process, I was informed when my order was completed, and was sent factory photos of the doll prior to shipping so that I could verify all the options I had selected for my order were correct. Kumadoll addressed any issues or concerns I had, and helped me out a great deal throughout the entire process. I am extremely happy with both the customer service as well as the product I receieved. I got exactly what I ordered and did not have to worry about if the doll would look like she did on the product order page, Kumadoll does not play those games. I ordered a JCute 149cm TPE body with AGD01 Soft Silicone head. She has natural skin color, natural areola color and natural vagina color. She looks absolutely amazing, and I am incredibly happy with her. She feels great to the touch and is extremely pleasing to the eye. The AGD01 head is detailed and beautiful, and because the 149cm body is slightly larger it has extra detail compared to some smaller bodies so it's great to see those small things add up to create a work of art. I couldn't be happier with ordering my doll from here, everything is exactly what I wanted!

Absolutely fantastic! Everything I had hoped for and more.

I got the J-Cute 133cm TPE body, with AGD02 soft silicone head with eye color #3, painted eyebrows, and pasted eyelashes. Skin color is natural, and areola and vagina color is pink. The TPE body is the perfect softness and feels very good. The shape and contour of the body is incredibly amazing, and is very pleasing to the eye and hand. The AGD02 head is an absolute work of art, I wouldnt be able to come up with a negative thing to say even if I wanted to. I am extremely impressed with the doll, and J-Cute clearly knows what they are doing.

As far as customer service goes, Kumadoll has blown it out of the water for me. Every single email responded to, every question answered, and every concern addressed. They are serious about their business and it shows. Each step of the purchase process was made smooth and easy by members of the staff. I was updated when there were changes to my order status, shown factory images ad videos and had my issues addressed prior to shipping. They packaged the doll using the most secure methods, and made sure to protect everything as much as possible during shipping. I had no issues with my doll on arrival; there was no damage, no weird flat spots, no broken fingers, nothing wrong at all. Perfect service, perfect doll, perfect experience.
